Improving on the Cross-Vector scanning capability of the HS761, the HS763 is equipped with two blue lasers that allow it to scan transparent and translucent surfaces as well as opaque surfaces. This allows the HS763 to be used on automotive body panels, headlamps, tail lamps, window glass and chrome.
The HS763 sensor is a complete measurement system. No external components are needed. Utilizing a powerful 1GHz processor and the unique configuration of the imaging components, the HS763 scans much faster than existing Cross-Vector sensors, capable of scanning a typical body-to-body gap in < 1 second. The 3.5” color display provides detailed graphics of plotted surface profiles, and the touch screen allows for easy menu navigation and expanded graphic functions.
The HS702 is the smallest and most rugged of the LaserGauge® DSP sensors. It is perfect for high volume applications, such as measuring gap and flush on automotive assemblies or inspecting fastener flushness on aircraft panels. With the 1GHz processor, accurate measurements are completed in less than one second.
All operations are performed on the sensor. An integral battery powers the sensor. No cables are needed.
The TS800 USB sensor is specifically designed for inspecting and measuring small features in hard-to-access areas on translucent, shiny or opaque surfaces. Applications include edge radius, break angles, chamfer angle and length, gap/flush, step height and other measurements where accessibility to the feature is limited and the surface is transparent or translucent. This new LaserGauge® USB sensor utilizes blue laser technology and a high-resolution imager that captures the 2D surface profile and transfers it to a Windows™ PC or to the LG5000 LG7000 controller for processing and display.

The HS410 provides the best resolution of the controller based sensors and is used to inspect and measure small features such as pitting, scratches, gouges, small radii, and laser welds. It has a 0.250” field-of-view and an expanded depth-of-focus of 0.125”. The sensor requires the graphical feedback of an LG1102 or LG1200 controller.
The HS610 sensor has uniquely designed optics that makes it ideal for use in measuring outside and inside radii on stamped and machined parts and for inspecting butt welds. It is also well suited for inspecting shallow surface features such as dents and gouges and other foreign object damage.
The sensor has all of the functionality of the other controller based sensors, but is lightweight and has a compact design.
The HS703 is the fastest and most versatile of the LaserGauge® DSP sensors. A high resolution imager and 1GHz processor produce accurate measurements in less than one second.
All operations are performed on the sensor. The 3.5” color display provides detailed graphics of plotted profiles, and the touch screen allows for easy menu navigation and expanded graphic functions.
All of the LaserGauge® measurement gauges and algorithms run on the HS703; and the powerful on-board processor provides the advanced functions of high contrast and multi-angle scanning effortlessly.
The HS713 DSP sensor is a totally self-contained, handheld, laser profiler. Expanding on the unique capabilities of the LaserGauge® line of DSP sensors, the HS713 uses cutting edge optics and is specifically designed for inspecting and measuring smaller features that require a narrower field-of-view and higher scanning resolution.
As with the other LaserGauge® DSP sensors, a high-resolution imager captures the 2D surface profile and an on-board DSP performs the complex processing. Profiles are displayed in real-time on the color LCD, and measurements are extracted and simultaneously written to the data table. Al l of the innovative LaserGauge® virtual gauges and complex measurement algorithms can be run on the sensor.

The HS730LE sensor is used to inspect the leading edge of blades or vanes used in aircraft and power system engines. Designed to scan both sides of the blade simultaneously, the sensor returns a complete profile around the radius of the blade, which allows the accurate measurement of the thickness and the plotting of the blade profile for comparison to its engineering design. The edge radius can also be analyzed.
The sensor connects to a laptop or tablet PC via a USB 2.0 cable. No other hardware or external power source is required.
